How to Open MVK One

MVK One is available within MAX and via your smartphone's web browser.

No installation from the App Store or Google Play is required.

If you are using MAX:


Allow the app to access your phone number from MAX. If it matches the number you used when registering for the exhibition, you will be logged in automatically.

If the phone number differs from your ticket registration details, simply scan the barcode on your e-ticket or enter the barcode numbers manually to confirm authorization.

If you are using a browser:


Enter your phone number, scan the barcode on your e-ticket, or enter the barcode numbers manually. Once authorized, MVK One will remember you, so you won’t need to re-enter your details next time.

Ask the AI-assistant


The assistant will help you quickly find your way around the exhibition and answer your questions:

  • how to find the stand you need;
  • find exhibitors offering the products you’re interested in;
  • see what events are taking place right now;
  • check opening hours, registration and entry requirements, and information on parking, food, and navigation.

The assistant is available 24/7 — both while you prepare for the exhibition and directly on site.
